Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") defines acceptable and unacceptable practices for individuals using the systems, equipment, training materials, consulting resources, and communication platforms ("Resources") provided by Taylored Touring ("Company," "we," or "our"). The purpose of this Policy is to promote safety, professionalism, data protection, and compliance with all legal and contractual obligations for any and all current and future enrolled campuses, venues, etc.
2. Scope
This Policy applies to:
- Employees, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Training participants (virtual or in-person).
- Clients and client personnel accessing Company-provided platforms or materials.
- Any party granted temporary or permanent access to Company Resources.
Resources covered include but are not limited to audio equipment, software, networks, facilities, training content, consulting deliverables, cloud services, and communication platforms.
3. Acceptable Use Requirements
Users must:
- Use Resources solely for authorized, professional, and lawful purposes.
- Follow all Company instructions, safety protocols, and equipment-use guidelines.
- Protect login credentials and access privileges.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with all confidentiality obligations.
- Respect intellectual property rights and laws.
- Report any and all security breach incidents, Company policy violations, or equipment malfunctions immediately.
- Comply with any and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including those related to data privacy.
4. Prohibited Use
The following activities are prohibited:
4.1 Equipment and System Misuse
- Damaging, attempting to repair, or modifying Company equipment without authorization.
- Attempting to bypass security features, access controls, or monitoring systems.
- Using Company platforms for personal, unrelated, or competitive business purposes.
4.2 Unauthorized Recording or Distribution
- Recording training sessions, consultations, meetings, or materials without Company's written consent.
- Sharing Company materials, deliverables, or intellectual property with unauthorized parties.
- Uploading Company content to public or third-party platforms without Company's written consent.
4.3 Harmful, Illegal, or Other Inappropriate Activities
- Engaging in harassment, threats, coercion, or discriminatory behavior.
- Introducing malware or malicious code into Company's equipment, software, platforms or other resources.
- Engaging in other illegal, inappropriate or unethical activities, including unauthorized audio or visual recording of individuals.
4.4 Inappropriate Training Conduct
- Disruptive behavior during training.
- Offensive or unprofessional communication.
- Sharing login details or virtual classroom access links.
5. Intellectual Property (IP) Protection
All materials provided by Company—including training modules, manuals, slides, audio files, software tools, consulting deliverables, methodologies, and course recordings—are the exclusive intellectual property of Taylored Touring unless otherwise stated in writing.
Users agree:
- Not to replicate, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Company IP.
- Not to use Company IP for competitive services or unsanctioned educational programs.
- To return or delete all Company-provided materials upon request or upon termination of access.
Any unauthorized use of Company IP may result in legal action, including damages and injunctive relief.
6. Confidentiality and NDA Compliance
Users may be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before participating in training or consulting engagements.
Users must:
- Keep all Company and client information confidential.
- Not disclose, share, or use confidential information for any purpose outside approved activities.
- Protect sensitive documents, audio files, project data, and personal information.
- Immediately report any suspected breach of confidentiality.
Confidential information includes any non-public technical data, processes, client details, trade secrets, know-how, project materials, or business information.
7. Safety Standards (In-Person Training & On-Site Work)
To ensure a safe learning and working environment, all users must:
- Follow equipment safety protocols and operate all equipment only as instructed.
- Use personal protective equipment where required (e.g., hearing protection).
- Maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace.
- Report unsafe conditions immediately.
- Refrain from consuming alcohol or drugs before or during training or consulting activities.
- Comply with all facility rules, emergency procedures, and staff instructions.
- Treat all other persons involved in a Company training or performance event with proper respect and consideration.
Failure to meet safety standards may result in removal from an event or program.
8. Remote-Learning Etiquette & Virtual Session Standards
For virtual training or consulting sessions, users must:
- Join sessions on time and participate professionally.
- Ensure a stable internet connection and an environment with minimal noise or distractions.
- Keep cameras on when requested, unless accommodations are approved in advance.
- Mute microphones when not speaking to avoid audio interference.
- Not share session links or access credentials.
- Not take screenshots, recordings, or extracts of virtual content unless permitted in writing.
- Use their real names when joining sessions.
Disruptive behavior during remote sessions may result in immediate removal without refund (if a fee is applied).
9. Data Privacy and Security
Users must:
- Protect devices used to access Company resources with passwords and up-to-date security tools.
- Not store Company or client data on personal devices unless authorized.
- Avoid transmitting sensitive information over unsecured networks.
- Comply with all Company data protection procedures.
10. Monitoring and Enforcement
The Company reserves the right to:
- Monitor usage of systems and equipment where legally permissible.
- Review logs, files, and communication data for compliance.
- Suspend or revoke access immediately for any suspected or actual policy violation.
- Remove participants from training or consulting sessions.
- Seek restitution for damaged equipment (if applicable) or unauthorized use of IP.
- Take legal action when warranted.
11. Consequences of Violations
Depending on the severity, consequences may include:
- Termination of access to Company Resources.
- Removal from training or consulting engagements.
- Financial liability for damage or loss of equipment.
- Contract termination.
- Legal action, including civil or criminal penalties.
12. Policy Revisions
The Company may update this or any other Company Policy at any time. Continued use of Company's Resources constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Acknowledgment
By accessing or using Company Resources, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), including all confidentiality, intellectual property, safety, and behavioral requirements.
